CANCELLATION POLICY At Studio 45:11 Salon, we value your time and the time of our stylists. When an appointment is reserved for you, that time is set aside exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling in order to proceed without a fee, unless otherwise discussed and approved by the business owner. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. NO-SHOW POLICY: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the service booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If an emergency or special circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the business owner. By booking an appointment with Studio 45:11 Salon, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
